Experience in asset management companies, banks or wealth management will be an advantage
JOB SCOPE
Monitor and review to mitigate regulatory risks associated with the organization and its operations.
Follow up and study rules such as announcements from the SEC, the stock exchange. Bank of Thailand, AMLO and Association of Investment Management Companies to apply to the organization and the performance of individual duties
Contact, coordinate and consult with the law enforcer.
Consulting and training each department to operate in accordance with the rules and regulations
Analyze and verify new products and investment strategies in accordance with relevant regulations.
Perform any other tasks assigned
