For Individual
  1. Fill-out Letter of Consent for Debit to the Bank Account (ATS) and DCA Form
    LETTER OF CONSENT FOR DEBIT
    TO THE BANK ACCPINT     DCA FORM
  2. Prepare supporting documents – authenticated with signature:
    • 1. Copy of ID card
    • 2. Copy of bank passbook for automatic deduction

  3. Send the above documents in 1. and 2. to PAMC address 22nd Fl., Unit 2201, Vorawat Building, 849 Silom Road, Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500 Thailand
  4. If you wish to cancel DCA, please send DCA Amendment form with supporting documents in 2. to PAMC address at least 3 working days before the specified transaction date.
