Tax saving investors of PAMC can inform their intention in disclosure of investment information in tax saving fund to Revenue Department.

     According to the announcement of Revenue Department, the clients investing in RMF since 1st January 2022 have to inform their intention in disclosure of investment information in tax saving fund to PAMC (Or selling agents) only. Informing intention at first time can be used forever, any investors do not have to inform their intention in every year and every time buying investment unit. From now, unit holders are not able to send purchasing investment unit certificate directly to Revenue Department like the past because the Revenue Department will receive the letter of intention from asset management company only.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Investors need to have the status of buying the Retirement Mutual Fund of Phillip Asset Management Company Limited (the “Company”)
  2. Investors have to inform their intention in disclosure of investment information in tax saving fund to PAMC (Or selling agents) only.
  3. Requesting through the company This can be done through this channel only (Online) or investors can make a request any channels of each selling agent.
  4. This service is only served for individual person earing income and paying income tax in Thailand. Also must have a taxpayer identification number.

  5.  Submit a request within 30 December of each year (within the last business day of the tax year) or

    or back date in accordance with Phillip Asset Management Company Limited’s rule. Cancelling request can be made within last working day of each year.

  6. In case investors do not have unit holder number with Phillip Asset Management Company

    (for buying mutual fund of PAMC in first time), they can inform intention directly to PAMC in 3 working days later after buying mutual fund in first time.
