Limited (“PAM”) makes no warranties, express or implied as
to results to be attained by the Subscriber from the use of
the services or the data provided by Fund Data, and there
are no express or implied warranties of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose or use. The fund mentioned
have not been approved by any other authority in other jurisdiction
outside Thailand . It is your resposibility to observe all
applicable laws and regulations of your relevant jurisdiction.
By using the information contained herein, you are representing
and warranting that applicable laws and regulations of your
jurisdiction allow you to access the information. PAM’S, its
suppliers, and its agents shall have no responsibility or
liability for any injury or damage whether caused by the negligence
of PAM’S, its employees, sub-contractors, agents, equipment
vendors or otherwise, arising in connection with the Fund
Data service rendered under this Agreement, the use or transmission
of data pursuant to this Agreement and shall not be liable
for any loss, profits, losses, punitive, incidental or consequences
damages or any claim against the Subscriber by any other party.
The information and data contained in Fund Data are derived
from sources deemed reliable, but PAM’S and its suppliers
do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of any data
or other information furnished in connection with the Fund
Data service. No party shall be liable to the other for any
default arising from events of force majeure, which shall
be deemed to include any substances beyond the reasonable
control of the party or parties affected.
An investment in investment unit, and/or other investment
products is subject to investment risks, including the possible
loss of the principle amount invested. Investment units are
not deposits or obligations of, or guaranteed by, any depository
institution or goverment agency in any jurisdiction. The value
of the units and the income from them may fall as well as
rise. Investments in any fund mentioned herein should not
be made without careful reference to the relevant prospectus.
Exchange rate changes can cause the value of overseas investments
to rise or fall. Past performance figures are not necessarily
indicative of future performance of the investment unit. Investors
should note that there are necessarily limitations whenever
performance is stated or comparision is made to another investment
unit or index for a period of less than 3 years.
PAM’S will execute any orders by deadline ,the orders send
after the deadline will be executed in the next working day.
